This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the Free RDP services, including our website, remote desktop servers, and network infrastructure. By accessing our services, you agree to comply strictly with this policy.
1. Prohibited Illegal Activities
You may not use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by this AUP. Specific prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): The storage, distribution, or access of CSAM is strictly prohibited and will be reported to law enforcement immediately.
- Terrorism: Promoting or inciting violence or terrorism.
- Fraud: Hosting phishing sites, credit card fraud (carding), or identity theft operations.
- Copyright Infringement: Distributing pirated software, movies, or intellectual property (Warez/Torrenting).
2. System and Network Abuse
To ensure the stability of our free infrastructure for all users, the following technical abuses are strictly forbidden:
- Cryptocurrency Mining: Running CPU/GPU miners (e.g., Bitcoin, Monero, Chia) is strictly prohibited. Our automated systems detect and terminate mining processes instantly.
- Port Scanning & Hacking: Using the RDP to scan external networks, brute-force other servers, or launch exploits.
- Botnets: Hosting Command & Control (C&C) servers or participating in botnets.
- DDoS Attacks: Launching Denial of Service attacks or using the server as an attack amplification point.
3. Resource Usage (Fair Use)
Since our service is provided free of charge, we enforce strict fair usage limits to prevent one user from degrading the experience for others:
- CPU Usage: Sustained 100% CPU usage for more than 15 minutes may result in session termination.
- Bandwidth: Use of the network for mass mailing (SPAM) or high-volume seeding is prohibited.
- Idle Sessions: Sessions that are idle for more than 30 minutes may be disconnected to free up slots for other users.
4. Email and Spam
We have a zero-tolerance policy for Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE) and Unsolicited Bulk Email (UBE):
- Sending spam emails from our IP addresses.
- Hosting "spamvertised" websites.
- Running open mail relays.
5. Reporting Abuse
If you suspect a user of Free RDP is violating this policy, please report it immediately.
